Documentation
AskOne is live audience Q&A and polling for talks, webinars, classes and meetings. Your audience joins from a link or QR code on their phones, with no account and no app, asks questions, upvotes the ones they want answered and answers your surveys.
Guides
- Open a room — Sign in, create a room, choose its moderation, open it now or save it for later, and how many rooms your plan keeps open.
- Invite participants — Share the join link, code or QR code, put the projector view on screen, and what joining looks like for an audience with no account.
- Publish a survey — Polls, quizzes, ratings and word clouds: drafting and launching them, sharing results, closing them and taking them off the screens.
- Moderation — No moderation, AI moderation or human moderation, changing it mid-session, the moderator's controls, bans, and inviting moderators.
- View survey results — Live counts in the console, results on the audience's phones and the projector, the closed-room Report, and CSV exports.
- Closing a room and data retention — What closing a room does and does not do, reopening and duplicating it, and how long room data is kept.
Integrations
- AskOne for Zoom — Live Q&A inside a Zoom meeting: adding, using and removing the Zoom app.
- AskOne for ChatGPT — Create a Q&A room or a poll from a ChatGPT conversation: adding, using and removing the plugin.
- AskOne MCP server — Let an AI agent create and run rooms, surveys and moderation, and read the results, through the hosted or the local MCP server.
